By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with sometimes my mechanic is too busy to make the phone call to have the work preapproved so I call as soon as I leave the mechanic shop with an itemized bill with everything that warrantee solution needs and I'm rejected all the time because the mechanic didn't call it in I pay my mechanic and thought they would reimburse me so I have spent $2000 on this warranty and I have gotten nothing back

Warranty Solutions has failed to cover replacement of faulty spark coils, a diverter valve, and, now, my car's leaky thermostat. Although they cover thermostats, they will not cover this repair as it is the integral thermostat housing and not the thermostat itself that failed. At this point, I would be amazed if they covered anything at all and did not try to wriggle out of the coverage through some loophole. This review process wants me to...

I called to cancel the warrant.I was told that the dealer was supposedbto cancel the policy. Called back two weeks later. The dealer didn't do anything. These people was still collecting money from me on a vehicle i no longer had. I called back today asking where my money was. I was told the dealership was responsible for giving me my refund back.Seems to me them and dealerships *** over to get and keep your money.

NO WHERE in this brochure does it say that they do not cover any rust or corrosion. The brochure states: "The 5 STAR VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT COVERS ALL INSTALLED...

In addition, BMW no longer makes the index 8 injector in the car, they have an updated part, index 11 and 12. Well you also can't mix index 8 injectors with index 11 or 12. Long story short, Warranty Solutions will only replace 1 injector even though BMW has told them, worst case scenario, engine failure may occur if all 3 injectors aren't replaced at the same time. Now I have to pay $800 out of pocket, while they pay $500.... This is the...

I have a vehicle service contract with a company called warranty solutions. Back in September 2015 the engine blew in my 2010 Cadillac SRX. The repair shop called the company and they created a service contract which they never paid or authorized the repair company to fix my car. The repair shop is where I had all the service on the vehicle performed. Oil changes, tune ups etc., The repair company showed them the service records and everything....
