Warranty Solutions - Warranty company is a scam
i needed water pump replace due to a crack.
they refused the claim saying because they said the car was modified and the suspension was changed. When I bought the warranty from the dealership and nothing had been changed out.. also said you can get a refund if you cancel the warranty before time expires which they are dragging their feet on the matter.. I've left several messages to have a supervisor call me so we can figure this out, nothing yet. I asked for inspection reports which they still haven't sent out .
I would not recommend this warranty company to anybody.
They are nothing but scam artists, I don't understand how they can stay in business with so many complaints.

I didn't like: Anything about this company.

Did you contact lawyer or seek legal counsel? I bought the extended warranty 6 months ago from Toyota for a 4 year old Subaru with 81K miles...
they said I drove the car while it was overheating which is not true. There were no signs of overheating or warning probes after Subaru ran the tests..
Theyre denying it based on a lie. Idk what else to do but fight it.
